Clayton “Skip” Arp is currently Vice President of Living Free Community, a position he has held for the last 4 years. Previously, Skip was the State Director of Teen Challenge of Kentucky, where he helped develop the nonresidential model for Teen Challenge centers in the USA, in partnership with Living Free, now fully endorsed by the National Board of Teen Challenge. Skip started working with Teen Challenge in 1978 and is certified in Recovery Dynamics and is a graduate of Central Bible College. He was Director of one of the very first adolescent Teen Challenge centers, in Morrow, Arkansas, for 12 years. Skip is married to Beth, and they have 2 adult children and 2 grandsons, and reside in Louisville, Kentucky.
In 2000, Beth Arp was honored as Outstanding Volunteer of the Year by the Mayor of Louisville for her ministry at Louisville Metro Corrections. In 2005, Beth was asked to be interim pastor of Shively Worship Center, the last Assemblies of God church inside the beltway. Beth continues to serve as Pastor and facilitates groups weekly at Louisville Metro Corrections. Her church, Shively Worship Center, is comprised of former inmates and addicts growing in their new life in Christ!
